UMPSA and UAD Foster Collaboration in Engineering
(Che) In a significant collaboration, the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and the Faculty of Technology Industry at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (FTI UAD) engaged in a fruitful discussion on Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Fluid Centre, UMSA Gambang, Malaysia. The delegation from FTI UAD, led by Ir. Sri Winiarti, S.T., M.Cs., Vice Dean of Islamic and Muhammadiyah, Academic, and Student Affairs, comprised six representatives.
The agenda of the discussion encompassed various crucial aspects such as collaboration, publication, innovation products, laboratory services, workshops, training, and international conferences. Agus Aktawan, S.T., M.T., Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering, presented the agenda for the discussion, highlighting the importance of collaboration between the two institutions in these areas.
The delegation from FTI UAD was warmly received by Sumaiya BT Zainal Abidin, the Dean of the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology, along with her team. Agus Aktawan expressed his gratitude for the warm reception, stating that the collaboration would allow for the exchange of knowledge and experience in managing academic programs, and would further strengthen the partnership between the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology at UMPSA and FTI UAD.
